"Pay It Forward" WebQuest: Community & Kindness
Grade 11 · A complete six-week instructional unit · No-prep, ready-to-teach
A complete six-week Grade 11 unit, not a one-off activity. Students become Kindness Investigators: they read what great writers said about generosity, dig into the real science and the real debate behind it, then design and pitch a pay-it-forward campaign for their school.

Essential question
What does one small act of kindness actually change?
About this resource
A stranger pays for the coffee behind them. A student starts an anonymous note campaign. A small act ripples out further than anyone expects. This unit, you become a Kindness Investigator: you'll read what great writers have said about generosity, dig into the real science (and the real debate) behind it, and then design your own pay-it-forward campaign for our school — and pitch it live to a real audience. By the end of six weeks, you won't just know about kindness. You'll have started a chain of it yourself.
